Tugtupite is amongst the RAREST minerals in the entire world (no exaggeration). It is highly sought after by collectors. Found primarily and famously in Greenland, it has earned the status of the national flag stone of Greenland.
This mineral is not only fluorescent under UV light, it also is displays a property known as tenebrescence meaning it changes color upon exposure to UV light / sunlight. Gaining vibrancy that remains for hours. It returns to it's less saturated state after some time away from the light.
