Please read through our shop policies before checking out!

Live sale invoices are due upon posting. Failure to complete your invoice within given deadline will result in being blocked and barred from all future sales

  • Please only check out using the listing specifically made for you.

Shipping

Order processing is 7-14 business days, live sale orders normally ship within a week of purchase date. Sometimes it may be delayed due to a lack in materials, once an order has shipped tracking information is automatically sent to the email used at checkout. Thank you for your understanding & patience. 

Please ensure your shipping information is correct prior to checking out as we are unable to change it.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. If your order is delivered to the incorrect address and in turn returned to me, you will need to pay the new shipping cost so that I can purchase a shipping label & get it back out to you!

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Due to the unique nature of crystals, we unfortunately cannot offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

Once a package is dropped off with the shipping provider, we are no longer in control of what happens during the shipping process. We do everything we can to ensure the package makes it to the desired location safely. That being said, if your package is missing, arrives damaged, or you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please contact the shipping provider as they will be able to best assist you.

LOOKING TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for damages caused while package is in the hands of shipping provider. To combat this, we do offer ROUTE shipping insurance. Please make sure that route shipping insurance is CHECKED ON before completing checkout. Route is a shipping insurance company which offers full coverage insurance. Route charges 1.5% of the order total value to insure your package for the FULL amount. If route is not checked on, damages, if any, will not be covered!
