We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Pleasure ensure route insurance is always ON. Once a package is dropped off with the shipping provider, we are no longer in control of what happens during the shipping process. We do everything we can to ensure the package makes it to the desired location safely. That being said, if your package is missing, arrives damaged, or you have any questions regarding the status of your package, we will not be able to assist in filing a claim & you must contact the shipping provider as they will be able to best assist you. Ensuring route remains ON, protects your order for its full value on the off chance of loss, theft, or damage.
